Snowboarding in the Antarctic.
Explorers such as Scott, Amundsen and Shackleton, then scientists, politicians ('unfortunately') and in the last 35 years, tourists, have all arrived in Antarctica. Now, mountain people are visiting also. After a week of seasickness in a yacht, snowboarders Xavier de le Rue and Lucas Debari begin exploring the bays and mountains of this frozen continent.
Pengiuns, whales and seals add to the stunning scenery, as these friends spend hours scaling some mountains; you can't help but think it's certain death in the icy waters below if they fall. The boarders push 'whole new worlds of steepness' in this captivating 37 minute film.
